Kerala is a beautiful state with a lot to see and do. If you are looking for a vacation spot in this state, then it’s time to pack your bags and head to Poovar! This is a lovely way to interact with the locals and immerse yourself in the culture of a quaint Poovar village. You can show your kids how the people here build boats and work in paddy fields.

While the sea is too rough for swimming and water sports, the Poovar beach is a gorgeous sight to behold. Take a selfie at the spot where the Arabian Sea and Neyyar River are separated by a golden brown stretch of sand. Join your young ones in making beautiful sand castles.
